“What about pastoral confidentiality?”

Every note and every prayer request is encrypted individually before being stored. A confidential note can't be read by another leader or by the assistant.

“Where does our data go?”

Members, notes and prayer requests at Scaleway, in France. Application at Hetzner (Germany, Finland). Emails through Brevo and the assistant through Mistral AI, both French companies.

“Are we locked in?”

Full export in one click, at any time. Account and data deletion right from the app, with no lock-in period.

“Who sees what?”

Access is granted by role, and the board approves the list of accounts and their scope. A ministry leader only sees their own ministry.

Is it really free?

Yes. The Discovery plan lets you manage up to 50 active members with all the core features, no credit card required. For larger churches, plans start at €24/month.

Are my pastoral notes really confidential?

Yes. Confidential notes are encrypted and visible only to their author. The AI assistant never accesses them.

Do I need technical skills?

None at all. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Ministeo. And if you prefer, we'll set up the app with you over video call.

My church is growing. How does that work?

Plans for every size, from a small community of 20 people to a church of 2,000 members. Your database grows with you.

Does the AI assistant read confidential content?

Never. As soon as a note or prayer request is marked confidential, the assistant sends you to a dedicated form, outside the chat: the content is never passed to it.

Where is my data stored?

In Europe. The database is hosted in France (Scaleway), the applications in Germany and Finland (Hetzner).

Does it work on Android?

Yes, the Android app is available on Google Play, with the same account as on iPhone and the web.
